Manage Microsoft 365 users and mailboxes across all customer tenants.

Create User

Provision a new Microsoft 365 user account with a mailbox, setting their name, email, department, job title, and temporary password.

Grant Mailbox Access

Grant a user Full Access or Send As permissions on another mailbox. Generates the Exchange Online PowerShell command and can optionally trigger an Azure Automation webhook.

Shared Mailboxes

Create a new shared mailbox (no license required), view existing shared mailboxes, and manage member access permissions via PowerShell commands.

Password Reset

Search for a user and reset their password. The user will be required to change it at next sign-in. Useful for account lockouts and onboarding.
